For example, franchise for renting car is $300, if an accident occurs and the damage is $120, then the client pays in full. If the damage amounted to, for example, $2500, then the client will pay only $300, the rest will be covered by the insurance company.

Full insurance does not have franchise and all damage as a result of an accident will be paid by the insurance company.

• Damage to tires due to a puncture or cut due to the fault of the tenant, the tenant is responsible for repairing the damage (gluing, inflating the tire). If the tire needs to be replaced due to wear (no markings, worn tread, the tire itself is torn), then this is the responsibility of Balico.
• Necessary replacement or charging of the battery due to its complete discharge due to the fault of the tenant (headlights on, dimensions, etc.).
• Intentional damage to the vehicle.
• Using the vehicle when leaving public roads (for example, beach, mountains, field, jungle, etc.).
